Project Type: Group
Working with the Kilkenny Irish Pub in Brentwood, Calgary, we evaluated consumer pub preferences, and customer service levels at the pub itself.
Leveraging comment cards, focus groups, and surveys of carefully selected individuals, we were able to determine service expectations of potential Kilkenny clientele. Each of these research methods was built upon learnings from the method prior.
Results were then inputted into IBM SPSS, and evaluated. The results of this evaluation drove the presentation of important future considerations for pub management
